Kilk Initial Order Policy for International Retailers

BASIC TERMS

  1. Any of the information, policy, statement, pricing in this page is guaranteed for a certain of time. Kilk may change any article or information freely at any time.
  2. The prices given by us are net prices. All custom fees, duties, tariffs as well as the custom clearance event expenditures are on customer’s account and on customer’s responsibility.
  3. Payment will be made through wire transfer into our company’s bank account. All money transaction/transfer fees are on customer’s account. We do accept credit card payments, in this case %3 will be added into total (USD, EUR and GBP with credit card only). Via wire transfer we accept USD, EUR, GBP, YEN, CAD, YUAN and TL. All declared prices are based upon USD. Exchange rates will be defined accordingly to the Daily Indicative Exchange Rates Announced the Central Bank of Türkiye.
  4. Lead time for shipment is 30 days after the payment transacted into our account in the given currency of Proforma. For the exclusive and customized orders, lead time starts by the design approval.
  5. We only work with DAP and ExWorks. Insurance is customer’s responsibility. For Exworks, we only accept DHL, FedEx and UPS for the orders below $16000 and 100kg per shipment. For the orders above $16000 no specific courier is needed.
  6. Kilk guarantees any documentation for customs clearance event in destination country, customer is responsible to ask for paperwork needed.
  7. The MSRPrices are not mandatory to retailers and Kilk keeps right to change MSRPrices, yet retailer/reseller is responsible to keep eye on branding rights of Kilk while determining sales price in their region. Aggresive pricing and discounts may give right Kilk to cancel the deals with retailer. Kilk keeps right to sell to end users (with or without discount/campaign) in the region of the retailer.
  8. Kilk does not guarantee of continuation of any color, nib material and size regarding any model. As we are boutique company, we may not obtain the continuation of the materials etc. We inform resellers/retailers/dealers frequently if any spesification will be discontinued.

 

The quantities below are for initial order by retailer. There will be no MoQ for models which are included in the initial order. The same rates will apply for a year (360 days) for those models. If a new model is released, the retailer has to order a minimum of 10pieces assorted nibs for each color of that model. 

• For %40 discount 
    ◦ The order must contain %20 of the models above $200 Net MSRP
    ◦ MoQ for assorted models 60pcs
• For %50 discount 
    ◦ The order must contain %30 of the models above $200 Net MSRP
    ◦ MoQ for assorted models 80pcs
• For %60 discount
    ◦ The order must contain %40 of the models above $200 Net MSRP
    ◦ MoQ for assorted models 100pcs

As each region has their own business circumstances, the conditions above are not rigid, please feel free to contact for a little flexibility for your first order. (Have no expectation for big differences, just for fine tuning for a start)

The rates and pricing policy given in this page is not for distributor or privileged reseller deals. Recently we work directly with retailers/resellers.

There is no obligation for replenishment order per year, yet, if the frequency of the orders does not fulfill Kilk’s expectations, Kilk may reconsider the rate policy one year after the first order.

Production Line They are mostly in our stock, but as we are a boutique company we do not hold large quantities in stock. Prices and discount rates are certain. 

Customized Line Production line pens can be customized, this is not an exclusive option. Pricing will be added to the discounted price. Roughly material price, design, molding, and presentation features are priced separate.

Exclusive Designs are the models exclusively designed and manufactured for corporate, companies and retailers. Kilk guarantees no sale of these products to third parties, no sale will be held by Kilk as well. The design and production is exclusive to the customer. We design a pen model in collaboration with the customer and manufacture these pens exclusively for this customer. Pricing will be defined by the customer, then we discuss design and the features of the pen.

ALL THE WRITING INSTRUMENTS ARE WARRANTED 2 YEARS DUE TO ANY POSSIBLE PRODUCTION DEFECTS.
